What Clawfy provides

Clawfy is a Chrome extension and associated web service that detects tech-relevant browsing context and sends it to your personal OpenClaw agent. The service includes a Free tier and a paid Pro tier with additional features.

Account registration

To access subscription features, you need to create an account via Google sign-in. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must provide accurate information during registration. One account per person — shared or resold accounts may be terminated.

We reserve the right to modify features within each tier. We will provide reasonable notice before removing features from the Pro tier.

Payments and billing

Pro subscriptions are billed monthly at $12/month via Stripe. Your subscription renews automatically each month until cancelled. You can cancel at any time through the dashboard — access continues until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period.

Refund policy

If you're unhappy with Pro within the first 7 days of your initial subscription, contact us for a full refund. After 7 days, or for renewal charges, refunds are not provided. Cancellation stops future charges but does not refund the current period.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use Clawfy to:

Violate any applicable laws or regulations. Scrape websites in violation of their terms of service. Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the extension beyond what is permitted by law. Interfere with or disrupt the Clawfy service or servers. Create multiple accounts to abuse the Free tier. Resell, sublicense, or redistribute Clawfy or access to Clawfy accounts.

Data and privacy

Your use of Clawfy is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Browsing context is sent only to your own agent — we never access it. Account data is stored as described in the Privacy Policy.

Your agent, your responsibility

Clawfy sends data to a webhook URL that you configure. You are responsible for the security and configuration of your own OpenClaw agent. We are not responsible for how your agent processes, stores, or acts on the data it receives from Clawfy. If you use a remote agent, you are responsible for securing the connection (we recommend SSH tunnels or HTTPS).

Intellectual property

Clawfy, including its code, design, and branding, is owned by us. Your subscription grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the extension and service. Content extracted from web pages by Deep Scrape belongs to the original content owners — Clawfy does not claim any rights over scraped content.

Third-party services

Clawfy integrates with OpenClaw, ClawHub, Supabase, Stripe, and Google. These services have their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or conduct of third-party services.

Service availability

We aim to keep Clawfy available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or changes that temporarily affect availability. The extension runs locally in your browser and will continue to function for basic features even if our servers are temporarily unavailable.

Limitation of liability

Clawfy is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of Clawfy. Our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Termination

You can stop using Clawfy at any time by uninstalling the extension and cancelling your subscription. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, with notice where reasonably possible. Upon termination, your right to use Pro features ends immediately. Your account data will be deleted upon request.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. For material changes affecting paid subscribers, we will provide at least 14 days notice via email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Ireland.
